Royal Rose Hotel Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a dedicated Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations. Candidates must be locally available inside the UAE.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations in the hotel laundry department.
• Ensure linens, staff uniforms, and guest garments meet high quality standards.
• Monitor laundry workflow, output, and staff productivity.
• Train, coach, and motivate laundry attendants and team members.
• Inspect linen and finished laundry regularly for quality control.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of detergents, chemicals, and supplies.
• Maintain stock records and report any supply shortages or equipment damages.
• Oversee machinery maintenance and comply with hotel hygiene and safety rules.
• Assist with duty rosters, staff scheduling, and manpower planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel laundry operations.
• Strong knowledge of fabric care, stain removal, and commercial equipment.
• Good leadership, organizational, and English communication skills.
• Hospitality industry background is preferred.
