Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and maximizing the leasing performance of the company’s residential and commercial property portfolio. The role oversees leasing activities from marketing and prospecting through negotiation, contract execution, renewals, and tenant relationship management.

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of experience in real estate leasing, with strong exposure to both residential and commercial properties.
• Proven experience in managing a leasing team and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate and leasing market specially in Abu Dhabi.
• Experience in lease negotiation, tenant management, property marketing, and broker management.
• Strong understanding of leasing contracts, documentation, and applicable UAE regulations.
• Strong business development, prospecting and tenant acquisition skills are required for this role.
• English plus other European or Russian language skills are an advantage.
