Doctor Mohammed Hassan AlRaeesi Advocates & Legal Consultants is looking for a dedicated Legal Advisor to join our prestigious team in the UAE. Make an impact with your expertise, grow your career, and lead with purpose in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to management and clients on corporate, commercial, civil, labor, and other legal matters
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on relevant UAE laws, regulations, and precedents
• Support litigation and arbitration matters, including case files, submissions, and court documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and contractual obligations

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; LL.M. is an advantage
• 5-10 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, regulations, and legal drafting
• Fluency in Arabic and English
