Katrina Factory is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Manager to join their team in JAFZA, Dubai. Take the next step in your corporate legal career with a leading organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the in-house legal team, set legal standards and processes, and act as primary legal advisor.
• Oversee and approve commercial contracts, leases, suppliers, customers, and export matters.
• Supervise dispute handling, claims, non-payment, terminations, and legal risk mitigation.
• Manage regulatory, licensing, compliance, inspections, and authority correspondence.
• Handle consumer, franchise, marketing compliance, corporate governance, filings, and IP portfolio management.

Requirements

• Law degree / legal education (mandatory)
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• 6+ years’ experience in-house or in international legal consulting
• Strong background in commercial, corporate, regulatory, and trade law
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Russian language is an advantage; UAE/GCC experience preferred
