Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and project teams with shipment planning and cost optimization.
• Coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling and tracking.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping and customs documentation.
• Monitor and manage the schedule of drivers and vehicles.
• Maintain tracking sheets for materials and equipment available at the site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics and shipment coordination.
• Good knowledge of UAE customs and free zone regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
