The Independent Tobacco FZE is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee supply chain and warehouse operations at their facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring compliance with UAE customs and import/export regulations
• Manage import/export documentation, shipment tracking, BOEs, and logistics records
• Liaise effectively with freight forwarders and transport service providers
• Monitor warehouse inventory, perform goods receipt/issue transactions, and support periodic stock counts
• Ensure proper storage, material handling, and timely replenishment of inventory while maintaining ERP records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of import/export logistics experience
• Mandatory experience in the tobacco industry and warehouse management
• Proficiency with ERP systems; knowledge of JAFZA and E-Mirsal (Dubai Trade) preferred
