Job Responsibilities
- Handle local and international shipments by air, sea, and courier.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters.
- Prepare and verify import/export and shipping documents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
- Support purchase activities including quotations, POs, vendor follow-up, and price comparison.
- Maintain logistics, purchase, and shipment records.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Overseas logistics experience is mandatory.
- Experience in purchase/procurement is required.
- Good knowledge of import/export documentation and UAE logistics procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be currently based in Dubai/UAE.
