Luxridge Building Contracting is seeking an experienced Cost Control Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts
• Track project costs and analyze budget variances
• Coordinate with project, procurement, planning, and finance teams to maintain effective cost control
• Review subcontractor invoices, payment applications, and variation orders
• Evaluate cost implications of change orders and project claims
• Prepare monthly cost reports and financial performance updates for management
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and schedule
• Support project forecasting and final account preparation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in cost control within a building contracting company in the UAE or India
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems, Primavera P6, and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
