Key Responsibilities
- Material planning – prioritise requirements by site urgency and sequence.
- Requisitions – review and approve MR, AR, PR, and LR in ERP and GCC Portal.
- Submittals and approvals – coordinate material submittals and approvals.
- Procurement follow-up – prepare LPOs and track requisition-to-LPO status.
- Delivery coordination – follow up supplier deliveries and urgent site needs.
- Storage and inventory – verify site stock and monitor wastage.
- Documentation – maintain material trackers, LPO, and ERP records.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
- 2 to 5 years in material coordination or procurement, preferably in construction.
- ERP knowledge and strong MS Excel skills.
