MAPA LIMAK CRRC Consortium is looking for an experienced professional to fill Material Engineer jobs in Dubai for the Dubai Metro Blue Line Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete material approval process from site requirements through technical evaluation, submission, and Consultant approval
• Coordinate with Site, Engineering, Procurement, Suppliers/Manufacturers, and Consultants
• Review Project Specifications, approved drawings, BOQ, applicable codes/standards, and contractual requirements
• Prepare and review Material Approval Requests (MARs) and technical compliance matrices
• Review material datasheets, catalogues, test reports, certificates, and compliance statements
• Identify technical deviations/non-compliances and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers
• Maintain the Material Submittal/Approval Register against procurement and construction schedules

Required Technical Experience

• Strong background in material approvals for major civil/infrastructure, metro, railway, or road projects
• Knowledge of soil, road base, asphalt, concrete, drainage, water supply, and architectural finishes
• Familiarity with BS, BS EN, ASTM, AASHTO, ISO, and UAE local authority requirements
