Mawarid Finance is hiring an experienced Arabic-speaking Collections Officer to manage delinquent retail accounts across Credit Cards, Personal Finance, and Home Finance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned delinquent retail accounts
• Follow up on overdue payments and payment commitments
• Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and restructuring solutions
• Achieve monthly recovery targets and reduce delinquency
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations, consumer protection requirements, Shari’ah principles, and internal policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Banking, Finance, or a related field
• 3–4 years of retail collections experience within a UAE bank or finance company
• Experience in Credit Cards, Personal Finance, and Home Finance/Mortgage collections
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-management skills
• Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written
• Islamic finance experience preferred
