At HealthBay Clinics, we are committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality healthcare. We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our growing team in Dubai across multiple roles including Facility Executive, Medical Transcriptionist, and RCM Executive.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Facility Executive: Minimum 4 years of UAE healthcare experience, strong knowledge of healthcare facility operations and maintenance, familiarity with DHA and other regulatory requirements, and experience in coordinating vendors.
• Medical Transcriptionist: Experience in an OPD / Outpatient healthcare setup in the UAE, strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation, with excellent typing accuracy.
• RCM Executive: 4-5 years of UAE OPD healthcare experience in Revenue Cycle Management, hands-on experience with insurance claims, billing, submissions, resubmissions, and denials.
