Urban Sphere is seeking a qualified and well-organized MEP Procurement Coordinator to support procurement and material submittal activities across our ongoing MEP and infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQs/enquiries, coordinate with suppliers, and obtain quotations.
• Prepare Price Comparison Sheets for review and approval by the concerned Engineer/Project Director.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical documentation and prepare Material Submittals in accordance with project and consultant requirements.
• Maintain and update procurement, quotation and material submittal records.

Requirements & How to Apply

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the UAE construction/MEP industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
