Job Responsibilities

• Handle overnight front desk operations and guest requests
• Complete daily night audit procedures and financial reports
• Check and reconcile guest accounts and transactions
• Manage check-ins and check-outs during the night
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth hotel operations
• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
• Ensure security and safety procedures are followed throughout the night

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hotel front office or night audit role preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting knowledge
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Proficiency in hotel PMS and Microsoft Office is an advantage
