The Bench Café is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations, drive excellence, and create memorable experiences for customers across their growing brand.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and manage daily café operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
Lead, inspire, and develop the operations team to achieve performance goals
Ensure exceptional customer experience and service standards
Monitor and control costs, inventory, and operational expenses
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and improvement initiatives
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports for management
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and UAE regulations
Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and profitability

What We’re Looking For

4-6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in F&B / café / restaurant industry
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of café/restaurant operations and P&L
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
