Western Hotels is looking for a talented Operations Manager (Hotel Background) for UAE-based candidates ready to work in the Al Dhafra Region.

Job Responsibilities

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring the delivery of high-quality guest services, efficient departmental performance, and compliance with company standards. The role works closely with department heads to achieve operational, financial, service quality, and guest satisfaction targets while maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming hotel environment.

Requirements

• At least 3-6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations
• Previous experience in a full-service hotel or resort environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and general hotel operations
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple hotel departments
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, guest relations, and operational reporting
• Previous experience as Operations Manager, EAM or Hotel Manager is needed for this role
