NMDC Infra (part of NMDC Group) is actively inviting experienced Precast, Civil Construction, and Infrastructure professionals to join prestigious projects across the GCC.

Open Operations Positions

• Senior Operator – Slipform: Minimum 10 years of experience operating hollow-core casting machines and slipformer/casting equipment.
• Operator – Ice Plant: Minimum 4 years of experience operating ice plant machines, preferably within the concrete/precast industry.
• Operator – Mobile Crane: 3–5 years of experience operating cranes, with valid UAE Driving License No. 4 and valid Mobile Crane/Heavy Equipment Operator License (UAE License No. 8) along with third-party certification.
• Operator – Crawler Crane: 3–5 years of experience operating crawler cranes, with valid UAE driving license and third-party certification.
• Operator – EBAWE Control Room: Minimum 3 years of experience with precast circulation table systems, including pallet shifting, table tilting, and maintaining operational logs.
• Operator – Overhead Crane: Minimum 4 years of experience operating overhead cranes. Valid operator training license and third-party certification mandatory.
• Operator – Panel Shifter: Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete precast production/circulation systems, including shifting, moving, rotating, and installing large concrete elements.
• Operator – Stirrup Machine: 3–5 years of experience operating automated stirrup machines. Valid license and third-party certification preferred.
• Operator – Speedy Machine: 5–8 years of experience operating Speedy machines. Valid UAE License No. 8 and third-party certification required.
• Operator – Transit Mixer: 3–5 years of experience operating transit mixers, preferably within the precast/concrete industry. Valid UAE driving license required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates must have hands-on experience in Precast, civil construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Must meet the specific licensing, certification, and experience requirements specified per role.
