Orange Wheels is looking for a Party Coordinator to join their team in Dubai.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and execution, particularly for children’s birthday parties.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and close client enquiries promptly and effectively, converting leads into confirmed bookings.
• Skilled in promotion and customer service, contributing to guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Knowledge of finance and logistics management, including budgeting, supplier coordination, and inventory control.
• Proficient in computer applications and report creation (e.g., MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
• Creative flair and hands-on experience in birthday party decoration and themed setups.
