Job Summary:
As an Outdoor Sales Representative specializing in porcelain tiles, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-quality porcelain tile products to clients in various industries. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction and interior design sectors. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of porcelain tiles, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitors within the porcelain tiles industry.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for porcelain tiles.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, architects, designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our porcelain tile products, including features, benefits, and applications. Provide technical information and assistance to clients.
Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations to showcase the advantages of our porcelain tiles. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Handle objections effectively and close sales deals.
Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring timely follow-up to secure orders.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint in the porcelain tiles market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager. Use CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
Strong understanding of porcelain tiles and their applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients.
