Ovington Contracting L.L.C. (by Fakhruddin Group) is hiring a Senior Accountant for their Accounts & Finance Department in Dubai, UAE.
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance
Industry Preference: Contracting or Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper books of accounts and ensure accurate, timely postings
- Manage accounts payable, subcontractor invoices and payment tracking
- Monitor accounts receivable, collections and ageing reports
- Prepare bank reconciliations and support monthly closing schedules
- Coordinate VAT records and support timely VAT return filing
- Maintain project cost records and support budget monitoring
- Prepare MIS/management reports and coordinate with external auditors
Key Skills: General Ledger, AP/AR, UAE VAT, Bank Reconciliation, Project Cost Accounting, MS Excel, ERP Systems
