Location: Abu Dhabi

Urgent requirement for an experienced Paint Manager to lead Paint & Finishing Operations in Joinery & Furniture Manufacturing in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete paint and finishing operations
• Lead and supervise painters, polishers, and finishing teams
• Oversee PU, Duco, Lacquer, Staining, Veneer Finishing, Polishing & Spray Painting
• Plan manpower, materials, and production schedules to meet deadlines
• Ensure high-quality finishes in line with project specifications and standards
• Control material consumption and minimize wastage
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Estimation, QA/QC & Project Teams
• Troubleshoot finishing defects and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain strict quality, safety, and production standards

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Paint Manager / Finishing Manager in Joinery or Furniture Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of wood coatings, paints, and finishing systems
• Hands-on experience managing paint and finishing operations and production teams
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• UAE experience in Joinery, Interior Fit-Out, or Furniture Manufacturing preferred
