Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware.
• Support waste disposal and ensure proper kitchen organization.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist the kitchen team with daily operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Steward in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of HACCP practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
