Location: Burjaman, Mankhool
UniCare Medical Centre in Burjaman and Mankhool is seeking a compassionate Patient Coordinator to act as the connection between compassionate care and exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and manage appointments
- Handle inquiries via phone, email & in-person
- Coordinate with doctors & departments for smooth operations
- Maintain accurate patient records and data
- Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and experience
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu) are an advantage
- Experience in a similar healthcare role is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and patient management systems
- Well-groomed, professional and service-oriented
