Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage appointments
• Handle inquiries via phone, email & in-person
• Coordinate with doctors & departments for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate patient records and data
• Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and experience
• Provide administrative support to the clinical team

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages (Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu) are an advantage
• Experience in a similar healthcare role is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and patient management systems
• Well-groomed, professional and service-oriented
