Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Handle and follow up on new patient leads to convert them into confirmed appointments
• Provide information about doctors, specialties, treatments, pricing, and insurance
• Coordinate with doctors, reception, billing, and insurance departments

The Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience in healthcare, patient relations, customer service, or sales is preferred
• Comfortable handling multiple communication channels and CRM tools
