AMSA Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated male candidate with strong experience in pharmacy operations and medical store handling. In this role, you will manage daily inventory, stock control, and pharmacy-related activities while ensuring strict compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain pharmacy and medical store inventory.
• Receive, inspect, arrange, and issue medicines and medical supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of items.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and returns.
• Check expiry dates, batch numbers, and quantities regularly.
• Follow proper FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders and deliveries.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage conditions for medicines and medical supplies.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide stock updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
• Valid pharmacist license/eligibility as applicable to the location.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy and/or medical store handling.
• Previous experience in inventory management and stock control is preferred.
• Good knowledge of medicines, medical supplies, and storage requirements.
• Good computer skills, particularly MS Excel and inventory systems.
