Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to join their project controls team in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Prepare baseline programmes, WBS, and resource/cost-loaded schedules
- Build interactive dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI to track project KPIs
- Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in high-rise/building construction in the UAE
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI
- Experience with FIDIC contracts and delay analysis techniques preferred
