Qualifications & Experience
- ITI / Diploma in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Total Experience: 5–8 years
- UAE Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Relevant high-rise residential building project experience in the UAE is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate plumbing works at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage plumbers, helpers, and subcontractor manpower to achieve daily work targets.
- Ensure installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and related plumbing systems is carried out correctly.
- Coordinate with MEP engineers, civil teams, and other trades to avoid site clashes and delays.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
