Central Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Pool Bar Waiter to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy guest interaction, outdoor service environments, and delivering high-quality customer service in a hotel setting.

Job Overview

The Pool Bar Waiter is responsible for providing prompt and professional beverage service to guests at the pool area while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and hotel service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve beverages at the pool bar and poolside efficiently
• Take and deliver drink orders accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of bar counters, poolside, and service areas
• Assist with bar opening and closing procedures
• Promote and upsell beverages and special offers
• Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors
• Handle guest feedback professionally
• Follow hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards
• Ensure safe service in wet and high-traffic pool areas

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience as a waiter or pool bar attendant in a 4 or 5-star hotel is an advantage
• Knowledge of beverages and service standards
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
