We are looking for a Procurement Engineer – Civil with 3-5 years of construction procurement experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial knowledge, with hands-on experience in sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and finalizing subcontractors for civil construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate subcontractors for civil construction packages based on capabilities, experience, pricing, and project requirements.
• Review BOQs, drawings, and specifications to understand the scope of work and prepare tender enquiries and requests for quotation.
• Obtain subcontractor quotations and prepare detailed technical and commercial comparisons.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and quantity surveying teams.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and execution schedules.
• Maintain procurement records and subcontractor databases.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction procurement with a focus on subcontractor procurement.
• Proven experience in sourcing, tendering, technical and commercial evaluation, and negotiation.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
