Location: Dubai

A detail-oriented, high-caliber Procurement Engineer / Purchase Officer is required for high-rise construction projects in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE experience with a proven track record in High-Rise Building projects in Dubai
• Extensive hands-on experience in sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing Civil, Structural, Finishing, and MEP materials
• Strong existing network of local suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors with proven negotiation skills
• Well-versed in Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and consultant approval processes
• Exceptional skills in material tracking, purchase order management, logistics coordination, and site delivery scheduling
• Adaptable, highly organized, and capable of thriving under tight deadlines
• Immediate or short notice joining preferred
