Utmost Gulf is looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, with strong knowledge of the UAE supplier market, particularly in Transport, Logistics, Heavy Equipment, and Automotive Spare Parts. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Source and purchase vehicle spare parts, tyres, batteries, lubricants, filters, workshop materials & equipment
Identify, evaluate, and maintain reliable UAE suppliers and vendors
Obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, availability & delivery
Negotiate prices, credit terms, payment terms & delivery schedules
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) through ERP
Coordinate with Workshop, Transport, Operations, Accounts & Stores
Monitor pending orders and ensure on-time delivery
Handle urgent fleet breakdown and maintenance requirements
Maintain supplier record and control purchasing costs

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of UAE procurement experience
Transport, Logistics, Heavy Equipment or Construction industry experience preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE spare parts and automotive supplier market
Valid UAE Driving License preferred
