We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, quotations, negotiations, and procurement documentation for MEP and construction projects in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and compare a minimum of 3 quotations for PRs/SRs.
- Follow company procurement policies and procedures.
- Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for competitive prices and terms.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, and Stores.
- Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely supply.
- Prepare and maintain PR, MR, PO, and invoice records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in MEP/Construction procurement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
