Location: Dubai, UAE

An established construction company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Junior Procurement Officer specializing in Civil and MEP to join their team. This full-time position offers a salary of up to AED 4,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure Civil and MEP materials, equipment, tools, and consumables.
• Identify reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, site, and stores teams.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve supplier delays, shortages, and other procurement issues.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience in both Civil and MEP procurement.
• 01–02 years of UAE/GCC construction procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of Civil and MEP materials, supplier sourcing, and vendor management.
• Strong quotation comparison and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• UAE driving licence and supplier network will be an advantage.
