XYZ Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator specializing in AV & Lighting to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in document management, record-keeping, and process purchase orders and invoices.
• Operate on SAP for various project coordination tasks, ensuring data accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers to build strong working relationships.
• Support the pre-sales team by creating accounts on tender platforms and managing logistics.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate project scheduling, and assist project managers with budgeting.

Basic Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination within AV, lighting, or technical projects.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
