What we’re looking for

• Prior experience in project coordination (preferably in fitout/construction)
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project and Microsoft Office
• Experience and knowledge of authority approvals
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to track timelines, coordinate with site teams, and support project managers
• UAE experience preferred
