We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer to join our team, specializing in the design, engineering, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems for HVAC and MEP applications. Job Responsibilities

• Design and engineer BMS/DDC systems for HVAC and MEP applications
• Prepare I/O schedules, control schematics, BMS architecture, panel drawings, and technical submittals
• Execute installation, point-to-point testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with consultants, MEP contractors, HVAC teams, and clients
• Manage project documentation, testing reports, as-built drawings, and O&M documentation
• Conduct FAT/SAT, functional testing, client demonstrations, and operator training
• Ensure projects are delivered within the required time, quality, and technical standards

Requirements

• Experience with Honeywell/Alerton and/or Schneider Electric BMS
• Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, DDC, BMS architecture, and control sequences
• Hands-on experience with BMS programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP/RTU, and networking
• Ability to read HVAC/MEP drawings and control schematics
• Good communication and project coordination skills
• UAE/GCC project experience will be an advantage
