About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced PMP Certified Project Manager to oversee large-scale residential projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and design teams.
• Report directly to the Design Manager and senior leadership.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
✔ PMP Certification (Mandatory).
✔ 10-15 years of UAE experience with reputed design studios/consultancies.
✔ Proven track record in large residential projects.
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
