Belgravia Contracting Company (BCC) has an immediate requirement for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to join their expanding operations in the UAE.

Qualification & Experience

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Total Experience: Minimum 15+ years
• Experience as Project Manager in UAE: 5+ Years
• Minimum 2 projects successfully completed and handed over in the UAE as a Project Manager
• DM Approved Engineer / Trakhees Approved Engineer will be preferred
• Relevant high-rise residential building project experience in the UAE is mandatory

Work Experience & Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of civil construction projects.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, manpower, materials, and site resources to achieve project milestones.
• Monitor project programmes, progress, budgets, productivity, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and project schedules.
• Oversee quality, safety, cost, and programme performance throughout the project lifecycle.
