Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role within fine dining hospitality
Project planning
Budget forecasting
Review MEP drawings and kitchen equipment’s drawings
Preparing tender documents
Appointing contractors and suppliers Appointing consultants (MEP & kitchen equipment)
Pre-qualify contractors for the projects
Project status reporting
Evaluate and develop risk management strategy
Train and mentor construction team
Resource management
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality standards.
Managing project quality
Coordinating with government authority to acquire the authority approvals
Coordination with management, consultants, landlords and contractors
