Key Responsibilities

• Review maintenance requests, technical reports, and contractor proposals.
• Evaluate contractor scopes of work, specifications, and pricing.
• Monitor contractor performance and verify completed site works.
• Support tenant maintenance concerns and defect liability management.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil, Building, or Construction Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant property maintenance experience in the UAE.
• Knowledge of local contractors and UAE construction standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and inspection reports.
