Madar Emirates For Building Materials LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Purchase Executive to join their team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Procure goods and services in line with company requirements.
Research, evaluate, and compare suppliers, prices, and offers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sources.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with various departments.
Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
Ensure all purchasing activities are cost-effective and in line with company policies.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in trading or distribution.
Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing) is mandatory.
Preferably experience in the building materials industry.
Good knowledge of building materials, suppliers, and market prices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
