Abdul Wahed Bin Shabib Group LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Officer in Dubai. You will manage procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities based on approved purchase requisitions.
• Source, identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Request and compare quotations to get competitive prices.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and follow up on approvals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
