Quantity Surveyor – Dubai Precast

Dubai Precast, a member of the YTL Cement Group, is hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team. This role requires strong commercial, technical, and analytical skills within the construction industry.

📝 Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Experience preparing progress payment applications and variation claims
• Ability to proactively secure confirmations and approvals from clients
• Skilled in preparing vendor payment certificates
• Experience with final as‑built quantities and final value
• Strong capability in quantity verification for lump‑sum contracts
• Experience preparing commercial reports
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of construction contracts is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• UAE driving license, DM‑registered Society of Engineers certificate, and precast experience are added advantages
