Location: Dubai

Looking for a Post Contract Quantity Surveyor to manage all post-contract commercial activities from contract award to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all post-contract commercial activities from contract award to final account.
• Review, assess, and certify contractor payment applications.
• Measure and value executed works, variations, provisional sums, and dayworks.
• Verify BOQs, contract rates, and quantities to ensure accurate payments.
• Monitor project costs, variations, cash flow, and commercial risks.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports and payment recommendations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, project teams, and finance to ensure contractual compliance.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.

Requirements:

• 13+ years of post & pre-contract Quantity Surveying experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ client-side experience with a Real Estate Developer or Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
• Must have UAE construction industry experience and be currently based in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• MRICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Strong expertise in contractor payments, valuations, final accounts, cost control, and contract administration.
• Sound knowledge of FIDIC and UAE construction contracts.
• Proficient in BOQs, measurement, valuation, Microsoft Excel, and Aconex (preferred).
