Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); higher legal qualifications are an advantage.
• 5-10 years of legal experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Commercial, Civil, Labour, Corporate, and Contract Laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
