RATLS Contracting is hiring a Camp Boss in the UAE.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss, preferably in a construction company or labor accommodation
• Oversee daily camp operations, cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline
• Maintain manpower records, room allocation, and camp inventory
• Coordinate with HR, Admin, kitchen, housekeeping, and security teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and health & safety regulations
• Prior labor accommodation camp experience is mandatory
• Must be available to join immediately
