Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting transactions and invoices
- Prepare financial statements and cash flow reports
- Monitor real estate sales and rental transactions
- Calculate and track agent commissions
- Assist with UAE VAT returns and compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- Previous real estate accounting experience
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and software
