Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally
• Ensure accurate room assignments, billing, and guest records
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service

Candidate Profile

• Previous hotel Front Office/Reception experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems will be an advantage
