At Jannah Hotels & Resorts, we blend authentic hospitality with modern luxury. We are currently looking for a qualified Reservations Team Member to join our dynamic reservations department in Abu Dhabi.

What You’ll Do

• Support with all reservations, including bookings, room allocation, rates, packages, requests, payments, groups, changes, cancellations and no-shows.
• Drive revenue and guest satisfaction through upselling, profile updates, arrival monitoring, inquiries, hotel knowledge and department coordination.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance through reports, confidentiality, group/VIP documentation, billing, issue escalation and assigned duties.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years’ experience in Reservations within a hotel environment.
• Experience with Opera Cloud is required; Opera V5 experience is also acceptable.
• Good understanding of revenue and yield management.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
