Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within premium casual Italian, Mediterranean, or upscale casual dining concepts
- Passionate in delivering exceptional guest service and food quality in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Italian, or Spanish are an advantage
